Q2: What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept .STEP, .IGES, .STL (3D), .DWG, .AI, .PDF (2D). For hand sketches, our CAD team provides digitization services within 48 hours. We also offer reverse engineering—send us a physical sample, we’ll create production files and return the sample intact.

Q3: How do you prevent damage during shipping for fragile glass shades?

Measures to prevent damage during transportation and packaging of glass lampshades: First, wrap each lampshade with soft protective materials (such as bubble wrap or foam). Then, place them in a shockproof carton with buffer fillers (like foam blocks or corrugated paper) to fix the lampshades and avoid collision. Finally, seal the carton tightly, mark “Fragile” and “Handle with Care” on the surface, and ensure stable stacking during transportation to prevent extrusion and breakage.
